Maggie Golden was born on November 22, 1843 to Isaac and Jannette Golden. She attended the Wesleyan Female College from 1857-1861. On May 29, 1866 she married Dell Cameron. Dell was a carpenter and worked in the family business, W. M. Cameron & Co. manufacturers of building materials. They lived in Avondale. He died from a buggy accident in 1872. She died in 1876. They are both buried in Spring Grove Cemetery,
