Agnes E. Harshman, Feb. 3, 1908 - Oct. 1, 1995, Agnes Eudella HARSHMAN, 87, Mayflower Nursing Home, Plymouth, died at 1 a.m. Sunday at the nursing home. She was born in Joliet, Ill. to William A. and Eudella IRVINE COONEY. On July 6, 1928 in Geneva, Ill., she married Norman J. MURRAY, who preceded her in death. On Oct. 27, 1968 in Phoenix, Ariz., she married Vernon J. HARSHMAN, who died on Nov. 15, 1992. She was a member of the Talma community since 1973. She lived in Phoenix, Ariz. for two years and Chicago, Ill. before moving to the Mayflower Nursing Home in 1987. She was a clerk in the Clerical Department of Lerner Clothing and Womens Apparel Shop, Chicago, Ill. for many years. She was a member of the Evangelical Spiritual Church, Cicero, Ill. and Ladies Auxiliary of the Talma Newcastle Lions Club. Surviving are three daughters, Nora J. HUME, Westmont, Ill., Marietta L. LEAK and Kathryn A. MURRAY, both of Las Vegas, Nev.; two sons, James H. MURRAY and Kenneth CODY, both of Chicago, Ill.; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two nephews; and one niece. Preceding in death were two sisters and two brothers. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Foster & Good funeral Home, Rochester, with the Rev. Jeffrey TAYLOR officiating. Burial will be in the Reichter Cemetery, northeast of Rochester. Friends may call one hour prior to services on Monday at the funeral home.
