Charles L. ALBER, 68, 267 Main St., Rochester, died Wednesday morning at his residence. He was born Feb. 1, 1922 in Leiters Ford to John Otto and Reathel L. AILER ALBER. He moved from Arizona where he had lived for 28 years, to Rochester in 1979. He was a retired ranger with the U.S. Forest Service in Arizona. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, where he served in Europe. Surviving are two sisters, Virginia R. WEIDNER, Rochester, and Mrs. Bill (Wilma J.) OUTLER, Bridgeport, Ill., and nieces and nephews. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Foster & Good Funeral Home, Rochester, with the Rev. George BROWN officiating. Burial will be in the Reichter Cemetery, northeast of Rochester. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Friday.
