UNION, Feb. 18 - Funeral services for Henry O. Smith, 76, who died suddenly at his home Wednesday, were held Friday afternoon at Green Street Methodist Church, conducted by the Rev. J.B. Koon, pastor, assisted by the Rev. J.B. Chick and the Rev. R.L. Lamb. Interment was in Rosemont Cemetery.
The pallbeaers were Joe Wix, Will Sullivan, J.F. Cheek, Frank Lybrand, Herman Sprouse and Clarence Garner.
Surviving Mr. Smith are his wife, who was Miss Clara O'Shields, and the following sons and daughters: Frank Wiley and Henry Smith, Jr., Union; Mrs. Floyd Barnes, Greenwood, Mrs. Frank Mitchell and Miss Ruby Smith, Union; one sister, Mrs. Minnie Gwinn, West Springs.
