At the home of her son, August in the town of Herman, Sheboygan County, on Nov. 10, Caroline Freund, aged 82 years and 2 months. The deceased was the mother of Otto Freund and Mrs. William Mathies of Rantoul. She was born in Germany in 1810. In 1854 she came to America and located with her husband in Sheboygan county, where she resided until called to the other world. She enjoyed good health for a long period and was only sick three days before her death. She was a woman loved and respected by all who knew her. Her funeral took place on Sunday last and was largely attended by relatives and friends.
