Biography: C.W. Wagner and Frank Wagner purchasers Feb 1917 $10 1 graveroom C4 SE (gr. #5). (H:1334)Boulder County Pioneers has that Tilghman moved to Atchison, KS in 1850 and to Colorado in 1861. He stayed one year before going back to Atchison. In 1874 he came to Boulder and stayed 20 years. He moved to Aspen, CO in 1893. He was a contractor and brick mason. He built many of the old brick homes in Boulder and businesses.1880 Boulder census: Tighlman F. Wagner 45 PA PA PA brick mason, Julietta D. 41 Can Can ME, Charles W. 17 KS brick mason, Frank K. 15 KS, Jessie E. 2 CO.1885 Boulder census: 'Thomas' Wagner 50 PA PA PA plasterer, Juliette P. 46 Can ME Can, Charles 22 KS plasterer, Frank 20 KS butcher, Jessie E. 7 CO.Tighlman, Juliet and Jessie were living in Boulder in 1900. Tighlman Wagner, widow, was living with his son Charles W. and family. Apparently, Juliet had died. I did not find a divorce record, a funeral record or an obituary for Juliet.Children: Charles Wilson Wagner 1862 - 1937, bur Green Mountain cem, married Georgiana Stephens, Frank K. Wagner 1864 - 1943, bur Columbia B68, married Viva Mishler (no children.) Jessie E. Wagner b 1878, married H.D. Stark, living California in 1933.Nov 2003
