Mrs. Martha Allen dies: Last Rites Tomorrow
Graveside services will be conducted at Valhalla cemetery, Burbank, at 2:30pm tomorrow for Mrs. Martha Francis Allen, 83, who died here yesterday. The Mayr funeral home is in charge of arrangements. The Rev. Floyd K. Gressett will officiate.
Mrs. Allen was born in Key West, Fla., later moving to Fort Worth, Tex., where she resided until coming to Ventura three years ago to live with her daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Bell.
Besides Mrs. Bell, she leaves two sons, J.S. Allen of Ventura, and Charles M. Allen of Fort Worth; another daughter, Mrs. Florence Fisher of Fort Worth, and 10 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
