Lula was my grandmother who died very shortly after I was born. The State of Oklahoma has no certificate of death in their records and I could not find any information from the local funeral homes regarding the cause of her death. However, I recently spoke with my last living uncle, who confirmed she died from pulmonary tuberculosis.
