Attorney. A graduate of USC he was associated with the firm of Meserve, Mumper and Hughes and became a full partner in 1938. For more than 50 years he was Consul for the Republic of Latvia. He was the 92nd Grand Master of Masons in California for the year 1958-59, being from Hollywood Lodge #355, Hollywood, California. He was a Past Potentate of Al Malaikah Shrine Temple of Los Angeles and was also a 33rd Degree Scottish Rite Mason. The recently completed California Masonic Memorial Temple on Nob Hill in San Francisco was used for the Annual Communication for the first time under his reign. Officiating at his funeral, was the minister who married him and his wife and also served as his Grand Chaplain during his year of Grand Master, Dr. J. Whitcomb Brougher who also officiated at Hubert Eaton's funeral. Bro. Anderson was also on the Council of Regents of Forest Lawn Memorial- Parks.
