Ralph H. Bragg

Ralph H. Bragg, 80, of Bragg, died suddenly at home on Thursday, April 21, 2005.

Born at Bragg on June 29, 1924, he was the son of the late Willie H. and Mary Elsie Plumley Bragg.

He attended Grace Baptist Church at Stanaford and was a Iife Iong resident of Bragg.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Reda Bragg; and a brother, Willie Eldridge Bragg.

Survivors include his beloved companion and friend, Carolyn Meadows of Bragg; two sisters, Eva Wilbur and husband, Bob, of Columbia, S.C., and Vella Harper of Bragg; and several nieces and nephews.

Service will be 1 p.m. Monday at Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel, Beckley, with Pastor Roger Harding officiating, with a prayer by Pastor Damon Snuffer. Burial will follow at Goodson Cemetery No. 1, Bragg.

Friends may gather with the family 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Friends and family members will serve as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grace Baptist Church, 281 Union Hall Road, Beckley, WV 25801.
