Mrs. J. C. Ainsworth, aged 64, who was with her son at Chicora, suffered a heart attack Monday, September, 3, and died shortly thereafter. She was brought to Leakesville Wednesday and buried beside her husband.
Final rites were said by the Rev. Robert Crocker at 3 p. m., with Freeman Undertakers, of Waynesboro, in charge. Interment was made in Magnolia cemetery south of Leakesville.
She is survived by the following children: Five daughters, Mrs. Ruth Knight, Collins, Miss., Mrs. Laurney Whatley, of Casss?e, Florida; Mrs. Effie Edmond, Mrs. Verda Frenchie, Mrs. Myrtle Bell Ainsworth, all of Mobile; five sons, Willie, Lee, George, Tommie, Florida, and Richard, of Chicora, Miss.
