Visitation: 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Sunday, November 25, 2001, Earthman North Chapel, 5100 North Freeway. Funeral Service: 2:00 p.m., Monday, November 26, 2001, Earthman North Chapel. Interment: Brookside Cemetery.
