Shirley Ann Treat 71 of Springdale, died January 22, 2011 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born January 3, 1940 at Zack, Arkansas to Riley and Grace Thompson Horton.
She attended Elmdale Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husbands Billy Ray Treat and Lynvle Hendrix.
She is survived by her mother Grace Horton of Harrison. One son, Don Treat of Springdale, three daughters, Tammy Franco, Janet Teff and Kim Teff all of Springdale, two sisters Judy Riddle of Green Forrest and Rita George of Harrison. Eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, February 5, 2011 at the Elmdale Baptist Church in Springdale, Arkansas.
