Mrs. Laura Bea Able, 83, of Monett, passed away Thursday, January 27, 2011, at Cox South in Springfield, Mo.
She was born August 10, 1927 in Tahlequh, Ok to John and Zora (Karr) Hartness.
She united in marriage to Robert Able on March 9, 1967. He preceded her in death in 1984.
Laura was a line worker for Armour's in Monett.
Laura is survived by one son: Jerry Burton of Monett; two daughters: Laura and husband Jim Ellis of Monett and Carol and husband Lester Morris of Pierce City; nine grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 p.m. Monday, January 31, 2011 at Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home in Monett.
Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at Monett IOOF Cemetery in Monett, Mo.
