Retired Farmer Dies This Morning at 71
Thomas e Baker, retired farmer, died a 7:30 o'clock this morning at his home, 403 South Ohio. He had resided in this community about seven months and was 71 years of age.
He is survived by his wife, Rachel; three daughters, Mrs Perry Smith of Macksville, Mrs Furman Young of Lyons, and Mrs Floyd Huffman of Pratt; two sons, Russell Baker of Lyons and Henry Baker of Earlton; a sister Polena Kohn of Pocatello, Ia; four brother, Arthur of St John, Ollie of Macksville, Orie of Wilder, Ida, Dudley of Santa Anna; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild. Mr Baker was a member of the Methodist church.
Funeral arrangements will be announced tomorrow by the Sappington Calbeck mortuary.
