Billy Columbus Hutchings Jr. age 19 of Vian, Oklahoma died Saturday, February 12, 1977 from injuries received in a car wreck near Floyd, Virginia.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 16, 1977 at the Free Will Baptist Church in Vian, Oklahoma with Coolidge C. Manes & Tommy Ballard officiating. Burial was in the Garden of Memories Cemetery, north of Vian under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw.
Survivors include his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Bill Hutchings of Vian; three sisters, Rhonda Lucille Bloomingburg, of Vian, Rochelle Lynn, & Callise Suzanne, both of the home; one brother, Chris Garrett of the home; maternal grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. McCoy Keith of Floyd, Virginia; paternal grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Garrett Hutchings of Vian, and Maternal Great-great grandfather Joe Wallace of Vian.
