HIDEAWAY - Services for Magdalene "Tag" Bee, 88, Hideaway, are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Hide-A-Way Lake Community Church with Dr. Don Anderson and Hal Farnsworth officiating.

Burial will be in Mount Sylvan Cemetery under direction of Caudle-Rutledge Funeral Directors, Lindale.

Mrs. Bee died Sept. 17, 2008, in Tyler.

She was born Feb. 3, 1920, in Dallas to the late George and Elma Stacy Bickerstaff. She lived in Dallas prior to moving to Hideaway in 1991 and was a member of the Hide-A-Way Lake Community Church. She was a homemaker and co-owner and operator Bee Appliances in Dallas, retiring in 1985. She was also a Campfire leader and taught Sunday school for several years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Colvin Fred Bee, in May 1994, and daughter, Marilyn Chapman in September 1982.

Survivors include her daughter, Carolyn Dunlap, Hideaway; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Friday at the funeral home.
