"Mrs. Ella Morgan Sheridan, aged 83, died Sunday, February 5, in Orange Memorial Hospital in Orange, N. J. following a brief illness. Mrs. Sheridan was born November 24, 1884, in Green Lake, Wisc., the daughter of Joseph and Anna Morgan. The family moved to New York State in 1905, and bought a farm on the Allen's Lake Road, Richfield Springs, now owned by John Carter. Mrs. Sheridan was graduated from Milwaukee Normal School for Teachers and after moving east taught in several communities including Rome, Fort Plain, and Glens Falls. In 1912, she was married to Stanley B. Sheridan of Richfield Springs, where they resided for many years. After her husband's death in 1955, she resided with her son in Orange, N. J. Surviving is her son, Wilbur of Orange, N. J. and a daughter, Mrs. Burton Appleton, also of Orange. Burial will be later in Lakeview Cemetery in Richfield Springs."
