Nicholaus Anton Budig was born in Plainville, Kan. on June 3rd, 1958 to Arthur A. Budig and Viola R. Dreiling Budig.
Nick was the 7th of 11 children, Arthur Jr., Jack, Sharon, Vernon, Janice, David, Doug, Eleanora, Bob and Kathy.
It was Sunday evening September 11, 1966 his brother David's 11th birthday when God sent His angels for Nick. It was a day of joy in heaven, but a very sad day for all of us. Nick was such a kind hearted, thoughtful kid.
Nick had a accident where he fell and hit his head, but I don't believe anyone thought he would died from it within 15 minutes.
Nick's little sister Eleanora joined him in heaven February 18th 1973, brother Arthur Jr. Dec 12, 1995 and his mother Viola January 25th,1996....even though we miss them..we know we will see them again.
