Ethel married Earl T. Chastain and together they had 6 children.
Ethel had worked at the local Lee Pants Factory for many years retiring from there. She also attended the First Assembly of God in Lebanon, Missouri.
Ethel was preceded in death by two sons, Elmer Ray Chastain and Tommy Franklin Chastain. One grandson, Steven Ray Chastain. Several brothers and two sisters.
Ethel is survived by two sons, Bobby D. and James A. Chastain, two daughters, Glenna Reeves and Dottie Johnson all of Lebanon. Several grandchildren, neices and nephews.
She is also survived by Edgar Belton Coffey, her twin brother.
