Robert S. "Rob" Riley was born July 10, 1962 in Bartlesville, OK to James H. and Alice Carolyn (Sigler) Riley. He passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2000 in Tulsa at the age of 37. Rob attended Mason High School and graduated from Memorial High School in 1980. He received his Bachelor's degree in Theatre and Arts from Oral Roberts University in 1985. He worked with the Theatre for Young Americans in Kansas City and upon returning to Tulsa worked with Theatre Tulsa and particularly the Spotlight Theatre where he was honored as "Spotlighter of the Year". Over the years Rob has worked with every theatre in Tulsa and was most recently working as Director of the Spotlight Children's Theatre. Rob was preceded in death by his sister, Beth Riley in 1987. He is survived by: his parents, Jim and Carolyn Riley of Tulsa and several aunts, uncles and cousins. A funeral service is scheduled for 10 a.m., Friday, Ninde Garden Chapel. Graveside committal will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. Ninde Funeral Directors.
