Rites Saturday for Lynda Alessi
Wife of N. Collins Deputy Mayor
Services are being held this Saturday, April 7 at 11 a.m. in First Congregational Church, North Collins for Mrs. Lynda Alessi, 39, wife of North Collins Deputy Mayor, Joseph C. Alessi, Jr., who died unexpectedly April 3.
The Rev. Philip Webster, pastor, will officiate with burial in - North Collins cemetery.
Friends may pay their respects at the Wentland Funeral Home, North Collins today (Thursday) and Friday, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
A North Collins native, Mrs. Alessi, the former Lynda Dole, was a dental assistant to Dr. William Cihak, a North Collins dentist. She was secretary of the North Collins Emergency Squad at the time of her death.
In addition to her husband, Joseph, a North Collins and Angola insurance executive and president of the Eden-North Collins Rotary Club, Mrs. Alessi is survived by her parents, Martin and Irma Niefergold Dole; a brother, Garry Dole; a sister Susan Alessi and several nieces and nephews, all of North Collins.
