Roy Lee Pierce, 50, a long time resident of Pauls Valley, died Friday at his home at 307 South Bertha.
Pierce was born Aug. 5, 1917, at Byars. He had lived in Pauls Valley all his life.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the Stufflebean Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Laverna Pierce; three daughters, Mrs. Coqueta Lane of Bell Gardens, Calif., Mrs. Oletha Carter of Ontario, Calif., and Miss Kathy Pierce of the home; two sons, Harold Lee Pierce of Stringtown and Jerry Dale Pierce of Pauls Valley; four sisters, Mrs. Grace Cooksey of Byars, Mrs. Mammie Young of Pauls Valley, Mrs. Ruth Page and Mrs. Beulah Hudson both of Oklahoma City; four brothers, Buster Pierce and Jessie Pierce both of Pauls Valley, Lester R. Speck Pierce of Joliet, Ill., and Delbert Pierce of Caldwell, Idaho, and two grandchildren.
