MILLER – Berle Russell, went home to be with his Heavenly Father on July 3, 2005. He was born February 4, 1919 in Shamrock, OK, to Kelly Russell Miller and Minnie Beulah Miller. He is survived by: his loving wife, Jackie Miller; daughter, Kelly Due; and daughter-in-law, Kay Miller. He is also survived by: grandchildren, Kerry Akins, J.R. Due, Courtney King, Casey Wallace, Christy Miller, Callie Miller; and great-grandchildren, Tyler Akins and Addison Akins. Berle served in the Air Force as a Navigator during WWII. He began his career at C.R. Anthony's, which spanned over 40 years, as a Salesman and retired in 1987 as the Vice President of Leasing and Real Estate. During his time at Anthony's, he made many lifelong friends. He was a longtime dedicated member of Cherokee Hills Baptist Church, and he shared the love of God on mission trips to the Philippines, Romania, and Bolivia. He was a 32nd Degree Mason, and volunteered much of his free time to SCORE. He was preceded in death by: his wife of 55 years, Eva Miller; son, John R. Miller; sister, Cleo Hansen; and brother, Lloyd R. Miller. Berle's family wants to give a special thanks to Lisa, Suzanne, and Cathy with Hospice of Oklahoma County. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, July 6, at Cherokee Hills Baptist Church, 5700 N.W, 63rd, Oklahoma City, with burial following at Resurrection Cemetery.
