They immigrated to US before 1900 and resided in NY, then migrated to rural Minden area, Kearney Co, NE & farmed. Thomas & Else had 10 children together. *newly added ,,,9 children names known by author MKH are: Peter, Jens, Andrew Chrisotpher, Niels, Christina (Kirby), Anna (Kirby), Thora (Boyle), Ella (Rasmussen), Thomas Jr. *Note: Violet (Serrian) was daughter of Peter and Christina (Petersen or Patterson). Violet was not daughter of Thomas and Else (Jensen) Nielsen. Violet had one known brother Murrey "Cap" Nielsen. Violet married and later divorced Peter A Serrian, & she last resided in LA county, CA where she died.
