Born Sept. 17, 1923, in Pawnee City to Samuel R. and Erma (Cornell) Smith. Married Leander Kwiatkowski on July 20, 1963, in Wahoo. Preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Ethelda Ingils and Dorothy Lane; three brothers-in-law, James Ingils, Robert Lane and William Vacek; and a brother, Robert Smith. A private burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Fremont.
