Reo Arland Casper, age 83, passed away on Friday, November 4, 2005 at his residence.
He was born October 3, 1922 in Kilgore, Idaho, son of George Melvin and Nancy Olean Grover Casper.
On October 31, 1945 he married Janet Gleason in Dillon, Montana. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Idaho Falls L.D.S. Temple.
Reo served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Marines Paratroopers during World War II.
He was a member of the L.D.S. Church.
He was a lapidary and silver smith and enjoyed the outdoors.
He is survived by one daughter and four sons; Carmen L. (Jon) Larsen, Lehi, UT; Kevin D. (Ronda) Casper, Ashton, ID; Dannie N. (Penny) Casper, Lehi, UT; Ernie B. Casper, Labelle, ID; Kip A. (Tricia) Casper, No. Ogden, UT; 27 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife Janet and brothers, Milan Casper of Rigby ID, Dale Casper, Idaho Falls, ID and Willis (Bill) Casper, Parker, ID
