Joseph died Sept 24, 1906 in St. Cloud and he was buried 2 days later, Sept 26, 1906, next to his mother in Section B-1, Row 2, Plot 7. However, this may be an unmarked grave.
NOTE:
The grave on the other side of Christina (Roering) Koenig is Aloysius Helsper - the 15 year old son of J. W. & Bernadine (Roering) Helsper. Aloysuis Helsper is the nephew of Christine Koenig and the first cousin of Joseph Koenig.
Al Helsper died November 1918 during the peak of the 1918 Influenza Epidemic that permeated all of the country.
