DEATH OF MRS. ELIAS BROWN
Mary Alfaretta, wife of Elias Brown, of Jackson township, died at Silver Cross hospital last evening at 6:20 o'clock, from a complication of diseases, aged 48 years. She was the daughter of Thomas A. Mapps and was born and always lived in Jackson. Surviving her are her husband, Elias Brown, and her four sons, Ara, Ashael, Jarvis and Paul. Her sister, Mrs. Ella Howard, of Ripon, Wis., was with her at the last. Mrs. Brown was respected and loved by all who knew her. The funeral services will be held at the home in Jackson township Thursday morning at 10 o'clock.
