Catherine Ankrim George, 75, of South Point, Ohio passed away Monday, January 2, 2006, in Sunset Nursing Home, Ironton, Ohio. Funeral service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Wednesday January 4, 2006 at Hall Funeral Home by Pastor Jeff Black. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens, South Point, Ohio. She was born July 18, 1930 in Lawrence County, Ohio to the late Marshall and Catherine Brubaker Ankrim. Catherine was a member of First Baptist Church of South Point. She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law Terry and Michele Morrison of Huntington, WV, Gary and Vicki Morrison of South Point, and Larry and Angie George of Proctorville; one daughter and son-in-law Cathy and Paul Russell of Yorba Linda, CA; one brother Marshall "Neil" Ankrim of Sun Valley, CA; 13 grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
