He is buried in Laurel Hill Mound, the mass interment site for remains removed from Laurel Hill/Lone Mountain Cemetery. There are no individual markers.
San Francisco decided that they did not want any cemeteries in their town, so they 'evicted' all the cemeteries. The remains of ~35,000 from Laurel Hill/Lone Mountain cemetery went to Cypress Lawn and were reburied there.
