Carol Lee Alander , 19 , of Route# 1, Benton City, died Tuesday in a car accident near Benton City . She was born in Prineville, Oregon, and had lived in the Tri – City area 2 ½ years .
She worked at Pak Pride Foods, Richland, and graduated from Kiona – Benton High School in 1973 . Survivors include her father, Norman Alander of Talent, Oregon ; mother and step father, Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Finger of Benton City, sisters, Cheryl and Bonnie Alander ; brother, Steven Alander ; step sisters, Julie and Susan Finger ; step brothers, Terral and David Finger, all of Benton City and Randall Finger of Talent, Oregon ; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Alander of Prineville ; grandmother Juanita Hamilton of Prineville .
Services will be at 2 PM Thursday in the Benton City United Methodist Church
with the Rev. Howard Jones officiating . Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery.
Friends may call at Einan's Funeral Home until 8 PM today and until 10 AM Thursday.
