James B. Dorsey, 72 passed away April 30, 2002 at Brandon Hospital.

He is preceded in death by one son, James Douglas and one brother Roy Johnson Dorsey.

He was a native of Cocke County and the son of Roy Scott and Callie Mae Johnson Dorsey. He was a Past Master of the Calumet Lodge #716 of the Masonic Order and a veteran of the US Air Force, Korean War.

Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Wilma Wright Dorsey; two daughters Karyn Schronski, of Tampa, and Mary Jo Entriken, of Lawrenceburg; two sisters, Eva Huntley and Claudette Massey both of Lawrenceburg, two step sons, Mike & Rick Heneisen, of Ind. two granddaughters, one grandson and four great grandchildren.

He is also survived by several cousins in Cocke County including ReVel D. Bell,Gona D. Holt,Harold & Wayne Dorsey, and Shirley D. McMillin and one aunt Opal Dorsey.

Interment at Paradise Cemetery, Livingston County, Ky.

SMITHLAND, Ky.--Graveside services for James B. Dorsey, 72, of Tampa, Fla., formerly of Calumet City, Il., will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Paradise Cemetery.

Mr. Dorsey died Tuesday at Brandon Hospital in Tampa.

He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War and was a member and past master of Masonic Lodge 716 in Blue Island, Il.

Surviving are his wife, Wilma Wright Dorsey; two daughters, Karyn Schronski of Tampa and Mary Jo Entriken of Lawrenceburg, Tenn.; two sisters, Eva Huntley and Claudette Massey, both of Lawrenceburg; two stepsons, Mike Heneisen and Rick Heneisen, both of Indiana; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one son, James Douglas Dorsey; and one brother.

Friends may call from 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Smith Funeral Home in Smithland. Masonic rites will be at 7 p.m.
