Mamie married Mr. Frank Carson, son of Abram Hillyer Carson and Mary Jane Hill on 25 Jul 1908 in Afton, Chenango Co, NY.
After they married Frank and Mamie lived in Oneonta, Otsego Co, NY. They then moved to a farm in Sanford, Broome Co, NY in what is known as Big Hollow, some time between 1916 and 1919. In the fall of 1921 the farm house burned down and they moved to an adjacent farm, where they remained until 1942, when they moved to Cortland, Cortland Co, NY.
Frank and Mamie had nine children: Eldred Laurence 01 May 1909, Gladys Irene 26 Jul 1910, Harry Russell 27 Jul 1912, Arlene Marion 06 Apr 1914, Hildred Mae 06 Jul 1915, Dorothy Louise (aka Clara Gardner) 05 Jul 1916, Frank Gardner 02 Nov 1919, Ruth Elinor 20 Aug 1921 and Lois Elizabeth 13 Mar 1924.
Mamie died on 27 Jan 1955 in Cortland, Cortland Co, NY, aged 69y 06m 01d.
