Patrick Sieber, 84, a loving husband, dad, grampa and great-grampa, passed away Valentine's Day, Monday, Feb. 14, 2011. Service: Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church in North Richland Hills. Interment: 10 a.m. Friday in Dallas-Fort Worth Cemetery. Visitation: 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in Greenwood Funeral Home Chapel, with a rosary at 6 p.m. Pat was born Aug. 5, 1926, in Milwaukee, Wis. He proudly served in World War II on the USS Lake Champlain. He married Barbara Bolle from Manitowoc, Wis., on June 14, 1952, and was blessed with nine children. Pat and family were active members of Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church and school 1956 through 1968. They ran Sieber's Restaurant in Wisconsin Rapids, Wis., from 1969 until they moved to Texas in 1980. Pat was a wonderful father with 27 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Pat was preceded in death by one son, Daniel, in 1958; one sister, Delores; and four brothers, Robert, Francis, James and Jack. Survivors: Wife of 59 loving years, Barbara; children, Patrick Jr. of Corpus Christi, Sue Hudson and husband, Larry, of Arlington, Mark and wife, Janice, of Corpus Christi, Lawrence of Rockdale, Bradley and wife, Charlotte, of Durango, Colo., Mary Mouton and husband, Brodney, of Kaplan, La., Rebecca West and husband, Jack, of Springtown and Joseph and wife, Colleen, of Haltom City; brothers, Nelson of Antigo, Wis., and Clarence of West Allis, Wis.; and sister, Shirley Rickles of Monticello, Wis.
