Thomas Snow, 63, pass-ed away Jan. 2, 2011 in Spokane. He was born May 11, 1947 to James and Gladys (Johnston) Snow. After graduating from Bellingham High School in 1966, Tom joined the U.S. Marine Corps. He served a four-year term, then returned to Bellingham and worked at San Juan Engineering. He served in the U.S. Navy Reserves from 1974-1994. In 1980, Tom married JoAnne Vancil in Couer d' Alene, ID. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Preceded in death by his parents, Tom is survived by his widow, JoAnne of Spokane, sister Beverly of Bellingham, two step-sons, and several step-grandchildren.
