Preceded in death by parents (Carl and Alvina), two sisters (Violet and Clarice) and eldest son (Dale). Ardell retired from Honeywell after 36 years in 1987. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend. Ardell was a proud Korean war veteran. His spirit lives on in the hearts of those who knew him. Survived by wife, two sons, two daughters, a brother, and six grandchildren. Funeral service Saturday, May 2, 11:00 AM at Gustavus Adolphus Lutheran Church, 1509 27th Ave NE Mpls. Visitation Friday, May 1, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Washburn-McReavy, 2901 Johnson St. NE, Mpls. and also one hour prior to service at the church. There will be a private interment ceremony for the family at Fort Snelling. Washburn-McReavy Northeast Chapel.
