Here is an obit for Mr. Albea:

The Sandersville Georgian, 1 May 1912
DEATH CLAIMED ONE OF BEST CITIZENS
MR. T.H. ALBEA PASSED AWAY AT HIS HOME TUESDAY NIGHT, APRIL 23
The many friends of Mr. T.H. Albea were saddened to learn of his death which occurred at his home in this place last Tuesday night about 11 o'clock, when he quietly passed away from he scenes of this earth into the unknown eternity. He
had been a resident of Sandersville for twenty years, having moved to this place from Wilkes county in 1892 where he was engaged in the dry goods business for
several years, and was later employed in the store of Wood & Evans. On account of impaired health he had to give up all business pursuits about a year ago. During his residence in Sandersville, Albea made many strong friends all of whom appreciated his sterling worth as a citizen, his high moral character, and his Christian conduct. He was a leading member of the Methodist church and is one of
the most faithful attendants at the services whenever health permitted. He was a veteran of the War Between the States, having served under Gen. John Gordon to
whom he was very much devoted. He leaves a widow and three children: Mr. Garnet Albea of Atlanta and Misses Kathleen and Lamar Albea of this city, to whom the deepest sympathy of our people is extended in their sad bereavement.
The funeral services were held Thursday morning and were conducted by his pastor, Rev. T.W D... after which the remains were interred in the new cemetery.
