Born in Hiawatha, West Virginia, to Levi Bailey and Gladys Hatcher Bailey, she has lived in Riverside for the last 5 years. Jo Ann was a member of Arlington Christian Church and used her cake decorating skills for many events and friends. Residing in Cleveland, OH for 30 years she retired in West Virginia where she had formerly been a member of the Eastern Star.
Mrs. Marshall is survived by her loving daughter, Debra Marshall of Riverside, CA and son Eddie Bailey (Marcia) of Cleveland, OH. Devoted grandmother of Melissa, Kris, Jacob, Nicole and Steven. Great-grandmother of Taylor, Luke, Logan and Annabell. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Marshall in 1996 and son Gary in 2001.
Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation Monday, February 21, 2011 from 4pm till the service at 6:30pm in Akes Family's "Chapel of the Chimes". Mrs. Marshall will have a viewing Friday, February 25, 2011 at Garfield-Kirk Funeral Home and a funeral service Saturday, February 26, 2011 at 10am. with interment in Rest Haven Memorial Park, with her husband in Princeton, West Virginia.
