Scott was born in Framingham and raised in Northborough. He had lived in Chicago for the past sixteen years.
Scott graduated from Algonquin Regional High School in 1988 and from Emerson College in 1992. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Scott was an avid music and sports fan. He was a talented drummer and vocalist for the band "Ersa Miner". Scott was also a great fan of the Chicago Bears.
Scott is survived by his wife of 8 years, Erica (Tracy) Ames, Southampton; his parents, Richard & Donna Ames; Northborough; brother, Shawn ( Kiki) Ames, Orlando, FL; maternal grandmother, Rose Smith, Palmer; two uncles, Robert Ames, Palmer; Ken Smith, Framingham; aunt, Carole Schwab, Boynton Beach, FL; in-laws, Dayne & Marilyn Tracy, Southampton; sisters-in-law, Hilary Allard; Amanda Shockley; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Graveside service in Howard Street Cemetery, Northboro, Massachusetts. Hays Funeral Home, Northborough is assisting the family with arrangements. Please omit flowers.
