His humor always kept us laughing. His smile always let us know we were loved. While it hurts us all to see him go, we know that he is at peace. At last, reunited with the love of his life in heaven.
He is survived by his daughter, Karen (Lawrence Ezell) Buffington of Des Moines; grandson, Coleton (Beth) Buck of Madrid; great-grandsons, Cameron Buck and Brody Buck; great-granddaughter, Chloe Buck; brothers, Ilo (Betty) Buffington of Marshalltown, Donnie (Lucille) Buffington of Laurel and Dick (Annalee) Buffington of Marshalltown; and sisters, Alberta Birchard of Marshalltown, Lavonne (George) Baker of Marshalltown and Helen Buffington of Spanaway, Wash.
