On June 28, 1879, Paul married Octavia Laliberte in Indian Orchard, Hampden, Massachusetts. In 1922 he retired from the lumber business in which he was a dealer for 20 years.
He was survived by four daughters, Mrs. Joseph P. (Evelina)Tellier, Mrs. Charles (Anna) Tetrault, Mrs. Edward Joseph (Maria Emma Alice) Morin, and Mrs. John J. (Octavia Clara) Introvigne. In addition, he was survived by five sons, Phillip, Arthur, Jerry, Edward, and Henry. He was also survived by a sister, Mrs. Marie Lavonie Raymond.
Paul was a member of the Saint Jean the Baptiste Society of Indian Orchard.
