Son of Richard Emerson & Mary A. (Howell) Brock; brother of William Emerson Brock; in 1910 he was recently married to Halle (Harwood) and secretary/treasurer of the Brock Candy Co. He and Halle had one child together: Beverly. Sadly, he died of a malignant tumor in 1915. His widow then married Fred Baumann, and Fred adopted Beverly.
