He was the son of Robert Ozias and Mary Tennessee (Snow) Armer. He was a pipe insulator for Beach Aircraft of Wichita Kans. and a member of Boone County Masonic Lodge No. 314. He was a resident of Newton County Ar. for at least 23 years. Even when he was away working, his family still resided in Newton Co. He was a descendant of the Plumlee family who donated the land for the Plumlee Cem. in which he is buried.
