‎ ‎ ‎ NAMPA —Walter T. Buntrock, 59, of Marsing died Monday night in a Nampa hospital of injuries suffered Saturday in a traffic accident which also claimed the life of his 11-year-old son, John Walter Buntrock.
‎ ‎ ‎ The father and son became the second and third traffic fatalities in Canyon county this year.
‎ ‎ ‎ Another son, Samuel, 8, was reported in "good" condition Tuesday at Mercy hospital, where he is being treated for a fractured arm, a leg fracture and facial cuts, suffered in the accident.
‎ ‎ ‎ Canyon County Coroner John Alsip said Tuesday that an inquest into the deaths will be held Thursday at 10 a. m. at Alsip chapel.
‎ ‎ ‎ The boy died Saturday noon, 50 minutes after a car driven by Mr. Buntrock collided with a Canyon county gravel truck at the intersection of Karcher road and Tenth avenue extension of Caldwell.
