He was a retired truck driver and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Hot Springs.
Cleatis was preceded in death by his parents, William Harvey Voss and Delia Fite-Voss; and one sister, Maxine Honea.
He is survived by his wife, Ellen Matthews-Voss of Hot Springs; one son, Mark Voss (Terri) of Barrow, AK; one daughter, Janet Voss of San Jose, CA; four brothers: Bill Voss of Malvern, Raymond Voss of Modesto, CA, Jack Voss of Leola, and Winford Voss of Prague; two sisters, Ernestine Ross of Red Bluff, CA and Ruby Dickey of Shreveport, LA; three grandchildren: Dustin, Jacob, and Ben.
