The service will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Scott B. Emig Funeral Home, 47 N. Queen St.. Burial will be in Salem Union cemetery, near Dover. Viewing will be 9:30 to 10:30 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Seifert was born in York County, the daughter of the late Charles H. and Almena (Myers) Krout.
She was a member of Salem United Church of Christ, American Legion Shiloh Post Auxilary and veterans of foreign Wars West Manchester Post Auxiliary.
She is survived by a son, Weldon G. Seifert, 4310 Davidsburg Rd.,;five grandchildren and a great granddaughter.
Officiating at the service will be her pastor, the Rev. Clifford M. Landes.
