TALLULAH — Robert Dale "Roe" Cagnolatti died Thursday, Oct. 16, 2003, at Olive Branch Senior Care Facility. He was 80.

Mr. Cagnolatti was a native and lifelong resident of Tallulah. He was a Navy veteran, having served in World War II. He retired from the Louisiana Department of Transportation after many years of service and was a former Little League coach and umpire.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Ashton Cagnolatti and Mac Cagnolatti; and a sister, Betty Towne.

Survivors include his wife, Katie Cagnolatti of Tallulah; a son, Dale Cagnolatti of Delhi; three daughters, Nancy Adams, Kathryn Cagnolatti and Dawn Landry, all of Monroe; a brother, W.P. Cagnolatti; a sister, Eunice Erwin; five grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at St. Edward's Catholic Church in Tallulah with the Rev. Ferreolus D'Cruz officiating. Burial will follow at Silver Cross Cemetery under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 6:30 until 8 tonight at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Mac Cagnolatti Jr., David Cagnolatti, Woody Cagnolatti, Larry Cox, Jim Anderson and Kirk Morley Jr.

Honorary pallbearers will be Glenn Roscoe Jr., George Batchelor, Boone Halbach, J.O. Pemberton and Pops Neumann.

Memorials may be made to a favorite charity.
