Charles was the son of Benjamin and Sarah Elizabeth (Goodrich) Colley. In April 1892 he married Mary E. Driscoll, also known as Minnie. Together they have 10 Children, at least 2 of them die at birth. Charles works as a Piano Tuner most of his life, but retires in 1931. According to the death record Charles dies of Pneomonia, due to Carcinoma of Cesophagos.
