Mr. Bubar is survived by his daughter, Debra (Bubar) Hubert, his son, Gary Bubar.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frederick Hammond Bubar and Frances Irene (Patton) Bubar Bacellos, his wife of 59 years of marriage, Winifred Dolores (Jones) Hudson Bubar; his brothers, Fredrick Dean Bubar and Loren Patton Bubar.
